Q1: What is Stuglish?
Stuglish is an online English learning program that offers live 1-on-1 and group lessons, designed to help learners improve speaking, grammar, listening, and vocabulary through real-time interaction with instructors.


Q2: Who can join Stuglish?
Stuglish is open to learners from anywhere in the world, as long as you are 18 years or older.


Q3: How are the lessons delivered?
All lessons are conducted live via Zoom. You can attend from anywhere in the world.


Q4: How many lessons do I get?

That depends on the package you choose:

  • Premium Package (Monthly):
    You receive 8 lessons per month:
    • 4 Private lessons (60 minutes each)
    • 4 Group lessons (90 minutes each)


  • Starter Package (15-day trial):
    You receive 2 lessons within 15 days:
    • 2 Group lessons (90 minutes each)


📅 Schedule & Timing

Q5: When are the private lessons?
Private lessons are held on Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday based on your availability.


Q6: When are the group lessons?
Group lessons are scheduled every Friday.


📋 Registration & Placement

Q7: How do I start?
After payment, we will schedule a short spoken placement test via Zoom to determine your English level and place you in the right track.


Q8: How long is the placement test?
The test takes between 10–20 minutes and is conducted by a qualified teacher.


🎓 Learning Method

Q9: What is the teaching approach?
Our method combines:

  • Strong focus on grammar and structure (especially in private lessons)

  • Real-life conversation practice and listening skills (especially in group lessons)


Q10: What levels do you teach?
We teach levels from Beginner (A1) to Advanced (B2). Students are grouped accordingly after the placement test.


Q11: Will I receive learning materials?
Yes. Each lesson includes practice activities, vocabulary lists, and speaking tasks. Group activities also include interactive games, debates, and photo/video descriptions.


💰 Payments & Refunds

Q12: Do subscriptions auto-renew?
No. We do not store your payment card or auto-renew subscriptions. When your subscription expires, we’ll contact you manually to continue.


Q13: Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel at any time by contacting us. However, see our 
refund policy.


📞 Support & Requirements

Q14: What technical requirements are needed?
You must:

  • Have a stable internet connection

  • Use Zoom with a working camera and microphone

  • Be prepared to actively participate


Q15: Is attendance important?
Yes. To get full value from the program, we strongly encourage consistent attendance. Missed sessions are not refundable or rescheduled unless discussed in advance.
