1. Subscription Model

Stuglish offers monthly subscription packages. Payments are made in advance. There is no auto-renewal. You will be contacted to renew manually.

2. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time. However, cancellation does not automatically qualify for a refund unless within the refund window.

3. Refunds

• You may request a refund within 7 days of payment.

• A 20% cancellation fee is applied to all approved refunds.

• Refunds are issued via the same payment method within 7 business days.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

• Requests made after 7 days

• Missed sessions or no-shows

• Discounted packages or promotions
