1. Who We Are

Stuglish is an online English learning platform offering live lessons tailored to your language level.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older or have parental consent to use our services.

3. Account & Access

To register, you must provide accurate information. You’re responsible for keeping your login secure. Do not share your sessions access.

4. Services Provided

Stuglish offers live English lessons (1-on-1 and group) based on your level, delivered via Zoom. Subscriptions include a set number of sessions monthly, with no automatic renewal. We notify you before your subscription expires.

5. Payments

• All payments must be made in advance.

• There is no automatic billing.

• You will be contacted manually before the subscription ends to renew.

6. Cancellation

Clients can cancel anytime via email. See the Refund Policy for eligibility.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use offensive language or harass other participants,

• Share or resell course content,

• Disrupt live sessions.

8. Intellectual Property

All content and materials are owned by Stuglish and may not be copied, distributed, or reused without written consent.

9. Termination

Stuglish may suspend your account if you violate these terms. Refund eligibility follows our Refund Policy.

10. Limitation of Liability

Stuglish is not responsible for technical issues, internet disruptions.
